To facilitate the company?s expansion the client is now looking to recruit a payroll administrator. The suitable applicant will have a strong work ethic and be looking to develop a long-term career.

Some duties will include:
? Responsibility for the processing, administration and payment of all payrolls related to temporary workers (weekly, bi monthly and monthly as applicable)
? Responsible for registration of workers on Irish Tax system and weekly reporting of outstanding registrations
? Responsible for keeping in-house system updated as necessary
? Production of weekly timesheets and forwarding of same to clients
? Reconciliation of timesheet data to data entered on system
? Processing of advances/deductions
? Production of weekly / monthly hours versus billing report
? Production of payslips and issuing reviewed payslips to workers
? Process Leavers forms and P45
? Maintain Reconciliation of unpaid wages & Maintenance of Holiday Pay Register
? Responsible for maintenance of Special PRSI records and calculations
? Purchase ledger processing & Bank transaction posting

Candidates should also possess excellent understanding of PAYE/PRSI. They should be experienced with SAGE and payroll of varying frequencies preferable. Good computer skills.
